BELLISE MASSAGE CANCELATION POLICY

​I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY

Effective 1/1/2024: 

I require a 24 hour notice, via text message, for all cancelations or reschedules. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less that 24 hours will be charged the full price for the scheduled appointment. A square invoice will be sent via email and/or text message. This invoice will need to be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.

No text/no show: An invoice for the full price of the scheduled appointment will be sent via email and/or text.  This invoice will need to be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment. 

Late policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Your appointment will not be extended if you are late and you will be charged the full price of the appointment.  If I, the therapist, am running behind, your full appointment time will be honored. 

I understand there are instances where you or a family member have an emergency.  These cancelations will be handled on a case by case basis and often dependent on if I am able to fill the appointment time. I try my best to contact my cancelations list.  Please understand this is my livelihood. Cancelations within 72 hours are time consuming and difficult to fill. 

I request that cancelations and reschedules are requested as early as possible in order for me to keep my rates the same, and to not increase my cancelation policy to 48 hours. 

Additional Policies:

Please understand that I need to utilize texting exclusively in order to maximize my time management. Texts help keep timestamps and a "paper trail". 

I reserve the right to refuse to schedule appointments to anyone that has previously had multiple cancelations or reschedules.
